B1.8 QOL Updates

This update was focused on adding additional quality-of-life features. This update includes the following.

• Editor preview for cell tool
• Loading screen for large levels (with cell loading progress)
• Bloom setting
• Exit button added to the main menu
• Improved scroll speed for main menu UI
  
  Interesting note; Level loading is now capped at 60^2 cells a second.
